The forms of cooperation are very varied, from the exchange of high-level delegations to the discussion of management issues and policies to the exchange of delegations of experts, scholarships, the organization of cultural and artistic events such as Culture Week, performing arts, exhibitions, film weeks… this country in the other country, the participation of that country in an international art festival in the countries that signed the agreements… The negotiation and signing of international treaties, international cooperation agreements on culture create a legal basis for the implementation of cooperation activities between the two countries. However, in order to make effective use of these cooperation instruments, we should develop specific plans/programs that identify sources of funding, dates and fee-paying agencies for carrying out activities… In addition to the cooperation agreements between the two governments and the programme/plan for cooperation between the ministries of culture, cooperation agreements between the cultural and artistic organisations of the two countries should be encouraged.
